  1. The crime was not perfect. One way the crime was not perfect was when his dad finds out he is going to be so mad. Another way it was not a good crime was Jack was really mad at the time and when you’re sometimes you don’t think straight. Another way it was not good crime Jack would most likely get caught. Also it was not a good crime because Jack is his son so other kids could think wow if Jack doesn’t listen why should we?

I think it is the perfect crime because Jack wanted to get back at the chief custodian which happens to be his dad.The whole reason Jack did the gum project was because he was angry at his dad.The gum happened to be the worst gum ever it was watermelon bubblicious. Jack has a strong smelling nose and it smelled watermelon bubblicious where ever it went.so it was the right gum.

I think why Jack said he didn’t know much about his dad and he wanted to find out more.Because If jack knew more about his dad then jack might think that he and his dad are not so different after all.and he might ignore the bullies words about him and his dad.

I think Jack wants to learn more about his dad because he thinks that they are not the same. If he learns more about his dad then maybe he will find out that they have things in common. The more that you learn about people can help you have a better way of really knowing them.

I think that it will change the way Jack thinks about his dad because he is getting more interested and wants to learn about his dad. He wants to learn more about his dad when he was a teenager like when he crashed that car that he stole from his dad or Jack’s grandpa. He is starting to realize that his dad isn’t as bad as he thought after all.

  6. I think he might get out of the tunnel but maybe he might not. I don’t know because in some things I see or read light can also lead to bad things and not good things. So It depends. If i have to pick I would predict he is going to run into a bad thing.because there’s still more pages so it can’t just go ¨and he makes it out and lives happily ever after¨.No there’s still more pages before the end of the book.So I predict Jack Is going to find something bad.

I think Jack will find a way out of the tunnel. One reason I think this is that there is a light that Jack saw and I think that light is daylight. Another reason I think this is people would Have to been inside there before because Jack found the sword and how would those get out.

  8. I like the end of the book. One reason is that he and his dad were best friends again and that is pretty much the whole point of the book therefore the problem is solved. Another reason is Jack got a lot of answers from his dad and he wanted that to. Also another thing is he found out more about lou and he will now be more friendly to him

I am happy the way Janitor’s Boy ended.Because they were back together and eating dinner with Lois I think they might ask Lois some questions about why he stayed in the underground house under the firehouse.I also think Jack will learn more about his dad and he still might want to know more about his dad.
